I was delighted with the realistic appearance of the flowers and the size of the arch. Additionally, it arrived ahead of the delivery date. However, no instructions were provided. Assembling it was a bit of a hassle due to the type of screws provided. I would have preferred butterfly screws to simplify the setup and breakdown process.

The arches look exactly as they are pictured and much fuller than I expected. They assembled very well. There were 2 secure bolts missing however but it didn’t hinder the assembly. Would purchase again.

The quality of these flowers is outstanding. Very full and realistic. Made for a great backdrop and arch. Definitely worth the price and was able to expedite shipping and received them in a week. Very pleased with the communication with the shop and the quality of the product.

All I can say is this flower wall is absolutely stunning!! The back panel is sturdy and well crafted. The flowers are gorgeous and placed beautifully. The only thing I didn't like were the plastic green wire looking things hanging towards the bottom, I cut them all off.
I would suggest not adding them to any flower wall or arch.
The customer service I received was phenomenal! Ketie Story worked with me to make sure I received my flower wall and stand in time fort event. The item looks better in person and came with extra flowers plus a glue gun! I love my flower wall and plan on ordering again from Ketie Story.
