We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases from us. But if something does not live up to your expectations, you can return any eligible items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. In case of a defective or damaged item, just let us know and we will send you a replacement at once.

Cancel Order

In case you want to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at within 24 hours of placing the order. We start processing orders as soon as they are placed and therefore cancellation is not possible if your order has already been processed or has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must include unused items in the original packaging. You are liable to bear the return shipping costs if the return is not because of product damage, shipping issue, or product defect. Please Get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns if the items received by you are in good condition.

Furthermore, we cannot return or exchange orders that have been wrongly placed by you, such as incorrect size, color, or wrong product. As all of our flower products are custom-made, we cannot resell them. Thank you for your understanding.

  • To make a return, please contact us for the return address.
  • You don't need to return the item but will have to pay 50% of the replacement cost and the shipping fee.
  • If you wish to exchange the items, you can only do so for the original product and at the same price.
  • However, if the product is unavailable upon receiving the return, we will issue a refund. you will receive your refund in 3 business days.
